The resolution for web photos differs dramatically from what is needed for print quality. Web images are often only 72 dpi. and the print quality recommendation is min 300 dpi. Plus way more professional!
While you customize your cards you will be able to upload your photo directly to the site. You can also save your images in the ‘My Images” section of the Members Site.
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, e-check and online payments.
Our online process allows you to upload your list into your own account profile. You can upload a new mailing list at any time…but be aware of deadlines that apply. The deadline for updating your mailing list is the 23rd of the month if you want those changes to be reflected in the following months mailing. Your new customer/clients might miss a mailing if deadlines are not met.
We welcome Group and Office orders. The advantage is: the more cards purchased the lesser the price per card, so everyone in the group benefits by allowing the combination of individual orders to qualify for the lesser price per card. Group and/or office order must be placed via phone: 1.800.241.9991.
Yes, you may upload your Indicia in the Design Module. However, remember; if we are doing your mailings for you, we must use our indicia.
Personalization is accomplished using our Design Module. Information needed includes contact info, photo, email addresses, logos, etc. that you might want to be printed on your postcard. Additional charges may apply for custom designs. Additional info can be discussed via phone: 1. 800.241.9991
Cards should be mailed every month. An Owner’s Manual is provided with suggested a mailing schedule. If you have chosen SystemPlus (we mail for you). Add your name and address to your database.
Yes, easily and conveniently by signing into your profile. The deadline for any additions or changes made to your database will be the 23rd of the month. Changes made on or before the 23rd of the month will be reflected in the following months mailing.
For the best quality, original photos, at least 300 dpi in a .jpeg format are preferred and will be uploaded in the Design Module.
An excel spreadsheet or .csv file is the platform our data maintenance platform is built on. Data can be imported 24/7.
Everyone has a sphere of influence of about 200-250 people. That’s your mailing list. Begin there and watch it grow over time. For more targeted marketing, we provide a portal for you to purchase both consumer lists and radius lists.
Our standard messages are provided as part of the Stay In Touch System. However, you may customize your postcard messages if you choose. We have in-house graphic designers who will be happy to work with you to fill your custom design needs. Depending on what you want, additional cost may apply.
Our research indicates that the jumbo size is more often read and does not get “lost” among other mail, maximizing your dollar spent. The size of the postcards does matter for high-visibility and we maintain that philosophy.
Yes. In the Design Module, a proof is created instantly and before you checkout. Be sure to read all information carefully before you submit your order. The postcards are printed “as shown” and we do not accept responsibility for errors.
Your credit card is processed as orders are placed. If selecting Systemplus (we mail for you monthly) your cards are billed monthly based on your level of participation; i.e. the number of cards you mail.
Typically, our “turn around” time is less than 48 hours. For personalized orders, it takes about 72 hours for printing… then up to 10 days for shipping via UPS.
Yes. Carefully thought out, our Stay in Touch System® provides your entire year of marketing and is based on the concept of consistency and frequency… the key ingredients to all good marketing! However, we can structure a custom program for you based on your personal campaign needs.
